I know this place may be loved by some in the area..but if you've only skated parks in Northeast Ohio and don’t know what is out there then I guess what you have is what you have? But like anything in life, when you find something better, it's hard togoing back. If you have skated any of the parks in Colorado or out West, crap bowls like this arent worth the effort. Maybe its like comparing Boston Mills/Brandywine to Keystone or Vail? I don’t know, I guess if you're bored and need to get a skate fix then go for it but when I was there it seemed like a good place to get hurt.
The location is good, with the old Goodyear Blimp hanger in the background, it definitely has some character but the concrete is just unacceptable. It's wavy and pourous and for whatever reason when I was there, people decided it would be a good idea to bust glass bottles in the bottom of the bowls. Who does that? I think some of the graffiti when was pretty awesome, but the paint makes it skate like crap.
